She holds a law degree from FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas, with further studies in Accounting and Finance from FGVPEC – SP and a Business Management Programme Certificate from INSEAD, France.

He began his career in the legal field, at the law firm Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados, and has 19 years of experience in the insurance market, working for companies such as Fator Seguradora, Argo Seguros, Fairfax Seguradora, Howden Harmonia Corretora, and JLT Corretora de Seguros.

She is the co-author of the book "Women in Insurance" published by Editora Leader, the book "Strategic Leadership: The 'New Normal' from the Perspective of Senior Management Leaders," and "Fala Mulher" (Speak Up, Woman) published by Sou Segura.

She is also an executive advisor and mentor at Sou Segura, the new brand of AMMS – the Association of Women in the Insurance Market, an associate of UN Women Brazil, the Women of Brazil Group, and a member of the European Academy of Senior Management.

She is currently a Partner and Technical and Operations Director at Wiz Corporate, a company within the Wiz Co. Group.
