Saint'Clair Pereira Lima
Born in Rio de Janeiro on December 3, 1973, he holds a degree in Actuarial Science from UFRJ – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a postgraduate degree in Finance and Corporate Management from Cândido Mendes University, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Veiga de Almeida University and in Financial Management, Auditing and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He completed the Advanced Development Program at Banco Bradesco S/A, conducted by ISE Business School in association with IESE Business School – University of Navarra. He joined the Bradesco Seguros Group in 1997, being promoted to Director of Bradesco Auto/RE Companhia de Seguros in 2013. He is the Director responsible for Relations with SUSEP (Superintendence of Private Insurance), as well as a Director and Effective Member of the Automobile Commission of FenSeg (National Federation of Insurance Companies). In 2023, he was elected President of SindiSeg RJ/ES – the Insurance Companies Union of the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.
