Bernardo Castello
Bernardo Ferreira Castello – MIBA 1717. Graduated in Actuarial Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2005, with an Executive MBA in Finance from INSPER-SP in 2013. He completed the Munich Re Scholarship Program in Munich, Germany in 2015, the PMD (Program for Management Development) in 2017 at ISE Business School, the Driving Organizational Agility program at Harvard Business School in 2021, and the Leadership at a Peak program at CCL – Center for Creative Leadership in 2024. He began his career in 2004 as an Actuary at SBCE – Brazilian Export Credit Insurance Company. Since 2005, he has worked at Bradesco Vida e Previdência, holding various positions and currently serving as CEO. He is also Vice-President of FENAPREVI and a member of the CFP Certification Committee.
