MARCUS VINICIUS DE OLIVEIRA
Marcus Vinícius de Oliveira has 40 years of consolidated experience in financial institutions as an executive, having held C-level positions in companies in the insurance and payment sectors, and experience in entrepreneurship in the tourism segment, in public service as a Tax Auditor and as a member of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council. He holds a Law degree from the University of the Federal District (UDF), as well as training in Insurance Executives from IBMEC and Franchise Development from FDC, in addition to several postgraduate degrees in the legal field. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wiz Co, a company with which he has a long history. He started in 1990 at the then Fenae Group and, between 2020 and 2026, led the company as CFO/CEO, where he spearheaded a significant period of growth, efficiency, and cash generation. He stands out for his resilience and emotional intelligence, especially during times of crisis, always facilitating the selection of appropriate strategies to align the team and achieve increasing results. He currently also holds the position of CEO of BRB Seguros, an important subsidiary of the Wiz Co Group in the Bancassurance segment.
