Fabiana Resende
Fabiana Resende is the current president of PASI Insurance. Before assuming the presidency, she worked at the company as marketing manager, executive director, and vice president. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from IBMEC. She began her professional career working in the capital markets and consolidated her career at PASI Insurance, where she has remained since 2005. She is the first woman from Minas Gerais to join ANSP – the National Academy of Insurance and Pension, holding two chairs (ESG and Inclusive Insurance), and also the first ambassador for Sou Segura in her state. She co-authored the two editions of the book "Women in Insurance" in 2020 and 2026. Recognized as an expert in mass-market insurance, microinsurance, and inclusive insurance, she has lectured at the main events in the sector in Brazil and has also shared her knowledge through various international studies.
