Rivaldo Leite
José Rivaldo Leite da Silva, a graduate in Business Administration from Faculdade Senador Fláquer and a specialist in Marketing Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), joined Porto Seguro in 1996 as a Regional Production Manager. In 2000, he assumed the position of Branch Production Manager and in 2006, the position of Branch Superintendent. He was appointed Regional Director in September 2007 and, in October 2009, took on the role of Production Director. In 2016, he became General Director – Insurance Brokers and Online Sales, and in March 2019, Vice President – Sales
and Marketing. In September 2020, he held the position of Commercial VP. Two years later, he became CEO of the Insurance vertical. In January 2026, he began working as a Strategic Consultant for Porto.
