Liliana Caldeira is a lawyer, graduated from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), with a postgraduate degree in Business Law from FGV/RJ (Getúlio Vargas Foundation/Rio de Janeiro) and a master's degree in Economic Law from UFRJ, and a degree in Philosophy from UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro). She has over thirty years of professional experience in corporate law. She is a professor at the School of Business and Insurance – ENS, teaching in the Insurance Broker Qualification Course, undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She also works as Coordinator of the ENS and AIDA Partnership and as a content creator and developer of teaching materials for ENS. She is also a lecturer in postgraduate programs related to the insurance sector at IPETEC – Institute for Research, Education and Technology of UCP – Catholic University of Petrópolis. She actively participates in associations such as AIDA (International Association of Insurance Law) and SOU SEGURA (Association for Gender Equity in the Business World), where she holds the position of President. She is the co-author of the book "Women in Insurance," published by Editora Leader.
