Edilson Dias dos Reis is the Managing Director of IT and Digital Products at Bradesco Seguros, the largest insurance company in Latin America, serving over 50 million customers across various segments, including Auto, Health, Life, and Private Pension. In this role, he leads the company's strategic transformation, focusing on corporate agility, an AI-first culture, and the expansion of digital sales, as well as excellence in customer experience.
Previously, Edilson served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Banco Bradesco for four years, being responsible for the areas of software engineering, architecture, data and artificial intelligence, as well as customer experience, leading a technology organization with more than 11,000 professionals.
With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology in the Brazilian financial market, Edilson has continuously driven innovation, operational efficiency, and digital acceleration. His leadership continues to shape Bradesco's technological vision, promoting scalable platforms and relevant business results.
In 2025 , Bradesco was recognized with 1st place in the Banking sector in the Valor Inovação Brasil ranking , one of the most prestigious awards in the country, organized by Valor Econômico in partnership with Strategy& PwC. The recognition highlighted the company's excellence in the formulation and execution of its innovation strategy.
