Igor Di Beo
Igor Di Beo is the CEO of Starr Insurance in Brazil, with nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance market. A graduate engineer from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), he built his career with a strong focus on underwriting, risk management, claims, and business development.
Before joining Starr in 2026, she served as Vice President at HDI Seguros, where she led strategic areas such as Vice President of claims and property and casualty insurance.
Throughout his career, he had a significant stint at AXA, where he held leadership positions such as Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Vice President of Underwriting, Distribution and Marketing, and Director of Operations and Claims. He also worked in Brazil and Europe for global companies such as Allianz and AGF.
