With over 27 years of management experience in large companies, the last 16 of which have been at Sicredi, working in different areas of Information Technology, governance, innovation, strategic partnerships, platforms, and also in the creation, development, and management of products and businesses. For the past three years, he has been leading Sicredi's Insurance vertical, with the challenge of transforming and enhancing the business with products that protect members and positively impact results. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Systems Analysis from PUC-RS, a postgraduate degree in People Management and IT Governance, a master's degree in Administration and Business from PUC-RS, and a specialization in the Business Administration Program from Startse.
