For 29 years I have been part of the Bradesco Seguros Group and, from the beginning, I found in financial protection a purpose that motivates me every day. My journey began in 1997 and took me to different regions of Brazil, where I had the chance to work closely with brokers, understand their challenges, and further appreciate the importance of the work they do.
I spent 13 years in the Sales Organization as Senior Superintendent. It was a period of great learning, exchange, and partnership, always with the goal of improving processes, supporting teams, and facilitating the path of our partners in offering life and pension solutions.
For the past year, as Commercial Director of Bradesco Vida e Previdência, I have been dedicated to strengthening these relationships and building new opportunities. I believe in open dialogue, true partnerships, and the impact that collaboration can generate. Brokers are essential for more people to have access to the protection that makes a difference in the future of each family.
I like to lead in a close way, with active listening and data-driven decisions, always seeking to generate value sustainably and contribute to the growth of our market.
