Alessandro Octaviani
Alessandro Octaviani, Superintendent of the Superintendence of Private Insurance (Susep), holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in Political Science, and a Doctorate in Economic and Financial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). He possesses extensive experience in legal practice, particularly in areas of economic law, such as Competition Law and Insurance Law. He was a member of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and is a Professor of Economic Law and Political Economy at the USP Law School.
