Weliton Costa has over 35 years of experience in the technology sector focused on the insurance market, with an emphasis on disruptive, tailor-made solutions and accelerators for various niches within this segment.

 

With experience in platform modernization and structuring operations in Brazil and abroad, he has developed strong skills in prospecting, results, and portfolio performance. He is currently the Business Development Director for Latin America at InsureMO, an infrastructure platform for any player operating in the insurance market.

 

Throughout this period, with his experience in the Insurance Market, he has worked in several Consulting firms and Insurance companies in Brazil, Latin America and Europe, being a speaker in Brazil, Colombia and the United States, and also publishing articles for the Insurance Market. All this experience has provided a broad vision of implementation, operations development, architecture, programming and commercial relationships.

Graduated in Economics from Santana University, with an MBA from FAAP in Business Management Applying Military Strategy and a Leadership Program from the Oxford Leadership Academy, member of the Brazilian Academy of Strategic Studies (ABRAEE). Since March 2026, he has been invited to be an Academician by ANSP (National Academy of Insurance and Pension).

Currently Director of New Business, responsible for the LATAM region at InsureMO, where I have been working for almost 10 years and my mission is to promote the use of the InsureMO platform throughout Latin America.
