With over 15 years of experience, he has built a solid career that began at Master Comunicação, continued through Grupo Boticário, where he worked with brands, products, and trade marketing, and consolidated his position in the insurance market. At Prudential do Brasil, he was a Lifeplanner®️ and, later, a commercial manager in Rio de Janeiro for 5 years, developing in-depth knowledge of the sector.
Driven by the belief that informal education has the power to transform the world, he founded Tutum-Escola de Seguros, a pioneering startup in education for the insurance market. The success of the initiative led to the acquisition of Tutum by CQCS, where he now leads knowledge, training, and event strategies that impact thousands of professionals in the sector. Brazilian, married, and father of Miguel, Gabriel, and Catharina, he balances his professional life with his personal values, applying his mission of transformation through education daily.
