Henrique Mazieiro is the founder and CEO of Planetun, a company that has operated in the insurance industry for 20 years and was the first company to launch digital inspections in Brazil in 2016. They conduct over 2 million inspections annually across 5 countries, working with the 10 largest auto insurance companies in Brazil, covering insurance, credit and warranty recovery, life and pension, assistance, and claims. He leads the company's shift to Software-as-Service, where AI agents deliver ready-to-use services, with production-ready anti-fraud systems blocking the equivalent of R$40 million annually in fraud and a conversational agent resolving 93% of calls without human intervention. He holds a PMD degree from IESE Business School and is an advisor to the IESE Alumni Chapter Brazil.
