Robert Pick is the Group CITO at Tokio Marine Holdings in Japan — a conglomerate encompassing over 200 companies in 57 countries, with annual revenues of US$60 billion and more than 53,000 employees. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Group CIO for Tokio Marine North America. Bob is a frequent speaker at conferences and podcasts, addressing topics ranging from AI and Insurtech to insurance industry trends, legacy system modernization, and cybersecurity. He serves on several advisory boards (NTT Data, Guidewire, Blumberg Capital, Duck Creek, Korr), chairs the Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra Music Institute, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of McDaniel College, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He also holds a master's degree from Cornell University.
