Paulo Cesar Pissardo is an executive with 26 years of experience in Information Technology, with a solid and continuous track record in the Financial Services sector—a segment in which he built his career alongside some of the leading banking and insurance institutions in Brazil. Currently Business Director and Head of Insurance at GFT, he leads the company's Insurance vertical, is responsible for consolidating and expanding the company's Insurance segment, and drives the commercial strategy. 

Throughout his career, he held executive positions in multinational consulting firms and large financial institutions, consolidating expertise in digital transformation, offering design, and leading strategic programs for clients in the financial sector.

His core competencies combine people-oriented and results-driven leadership, strategic business vision, and deep customer knowledge—always focused on value creation and building solutions across Business and IT areas, with strong engagement and relationship skills at executive levels. His academic background includes a degree in Computer Engineering from UNIP, an MBA in Business Management from FIA, and the Generative AI in the Digital Transformation Era program from MIT.
