Felipe Aragon
Felipe Freire de Aragão has built his career spanning over 20 years in the insurance and reinsurance sector, connecting entrepreneurship, risk management, and business development. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Latin Re, a reinsurance brokerage specializing in large risks and the first Brazilian company licensed to operate directly with Lloyd's of London. Founded in 2019, the company has a presence in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Brasília, and Miami. He is also a partner in FIT Holding, which brings together more than a dozen independent businesses in the risk, credit, and distribution segments, participates in Fairway Seguros, and serves on the boards of the Public Procurement Portal and Wiz Corporate. He is a graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.
