Rivaldo Leite
Rivaldo Leite is the CEO of the Porto Seguro business unit of the Porto Group. With a career spanning over 25 years at the company, he joined in 1996 as Regional Production Manager and, over the years, held various strategic positions. In 2000, he became Branch Production Manager and, in 2006, Branch Superintendent. In 2007, he was appointed Regional Director and, two years later, assumed the position of Production Director.
Between 2013 and 2016, he led the Porto Seguro Customer Service company as general director. In 2016, he became general director of Insurance Brokers and Online Sales, and in 2019, he assumed the position of Commercial and Marketing vice-president, a role that consolidated his experience in strategy and leadership.
With a degree in Business Administration, Rivaldo specializes in Marketing Management from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and in Consultant Training from Adigo.
