With 29 years of experience, 20 of them in the insurance market, Evanildo Souza has built a solid career in strategic leadership and business transformation. He holds a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Leadership and Human Development from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and an MBA in Technology for Business: AI, Data Science and Big Data from PUCRS.
Currently, he leads the Customer Service Department of the Porto Group. His main focus is to boost customer experience (NPS), deliver sustainable results, and build high-performance teams. His work is guided by data, innovation, technology, strategic planning, and excellence in execution, always seeking customized solutions, agility in decision-making, and the construction of solid and humanized businesses.
