Paulo Kakinoff
Paulo Sérgio Kakinoff has been the CEO of the Porto Group since January 2024. A graduate in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, he began his career in the automotive industry, where he worked for 18 years. He was president of Audi Brazil , held positions as Sales & Marketing Director at Volkswagen do Brasil , executive director for South America at the Volkswagen Group headquarters in Germany, and was a member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen Participações .
He also served as CEO of GOL Linhas Aéreas from 2012 to 2022, having previously been an independent member of the airline's Board of Directors for two years and, subsequently, for one year.
Currently, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of the companies Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos , Simpar SA, Suzano Papel e Celulose , MRV&Co and Cocal Energia Sustentável . He also serves as a member of the Human Resources and Corporate Governance, Compensation, Finance, Strategy and Marketing Committees.
The executive is still a member of the Governance Council and the Board of Directors of the non-profit organizations Todos pela Educação, MBC (Movimento Brasil Competitivo), Bemtevi (social businesses ), Instituto Inhotim (association with cultural, educational and environmental purposes), is president of the Instituto Pacto pelo Esporte and a master professor in the Business Administration course at ESPM .
