Nuno David is a partner and co-founder of Syntropia, a company founded in 2025 and specializing in enabling new business models through the design and implementation of relationship journeys based on technology and artificial intelligence. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years at MAG Seguros, where he was Statutory Director responsible for the Commercial and Marketing areas (CCMO) for the last three years. He has 30 years of experience managing multinational companies and 26 years in the insurance industry. Having lived in Brazil for 24 years, Nuno champions omnichannel business models and customer-centric organizations, leveraging technology and data for business development. With a degree in Corporate Communication from ISCEM in Lisbon, his career path is marked by contributions to growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and innovation. Before joining MAG Seguros, he led brands such as Piaggio and Vespa in Italy, in the automotive segment, served as commercial director of Europ Assistance in Portugal and as general director of Europ Assistance Brazil, both in the insurance and assistance sector, consolidating his expertise in the sector.
