Luciana Amano
Luciana joined Prudential in 2024 as Vice President of Partnerships for Latin America and Emerging Markets and, more recently, added to her role the opportunity to directly lead the partnership business for the Mass Market channel in Brazil.
In this role, Luciana develops the strategy and commercial partnerships for the distribution of mass affinity insurance, creating an important channel for sustainable and profitable growth for Prudential. These partnerships seek to distribute mass insurance solutions in a relevant and integrated way within the purchasing journeys and customer experiences in our partners' ecosystems, bringing access to insurance to a segment of the population that can benefit from our solutions.
Luciana brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, from credit cards and loyalty programs to mass-distribution insurance. Her most recent experience was at Marsh in São Paulo, Brazil, where she served as Regional Affinity Director for Latin America across 11 countries. In this role, Luciana was responsible for the P&L and led the business to double-digit growth. Prior to Marsh, Luciana held executive positions at Mastercard Worldwide and American Express, in local and regional roles based in Brazil and London, UK.
Luciana holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec Business School in Brazil, a Business Administration Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of São Paulo.
