José Pires
Born in Paranapuã, São Paulo, on July 4, 1971, he began his career in the Insurance Group in 1994 at Bradesco Vida e Previdência, as a Production Assistant. From 1995 to 2013, he served as Commercial Manager, Commercial Superintendent,
Regional Executive Superintendent, and Headquarters Executive Superintendent. In 2019, he was promoted to Director at Bradesco Seguros, responsible for the Northeast/Southeast, South, and São Paulo 1 regions, as well as the Prime and Top Tier segments. He also served as Director at Bradesco
Vida e Previdência, leading a team dedicated to Market Brokers in the Life, Lender, and Pension segments from 2022 to the end of 2024. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco Capitalização, a market leader in this segment.
Graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in 2011, he holds an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in Business Management from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). He has training in the life insurance and pension markets in the United States and Mexico from LIMRA – LOMA and the Program for Management Development (PMD), carried out with IESE Business School.
