José Pires
Born in Paranapuã, SP, on July 4, 1971. He began his career in the Insurance Group in 1994 at Bradesco Vida e Previdência, as a Production Assistant. From 1995 to 2013 he served as Commercial Manager, Commercial Superintendent,
Regional Executive Superintendent, and Head Office Executive Superintendent. In 2019 he was promoted to Director at Bradesco Seguros, responsible for the North/Central-West, South, and São Paulo 1 regions, and for the Prime and Top Tier segments. He also served as Director at Bradesco
Vida e Previdência, leading a team dedicated to Market Brokers in the Life, Credit Life, and Pension segments from 2022 until the end of 2024. Currently, he holds the position of CEO of Bradesco Capitalização, a market leader in the segment.
Graduated in Law from Paulista University (UNIP) in 2011, he holds an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in Business Management from the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). He has training in the Life and Pension insurance market in the United States and Mexico through LIMRA – LOMA and the Program for Management Development (PMD), conducted at IESE Business School.
