Under her leadership, Solera, the digital powerhouse managing over 5 petabytes of car
activity-based data, has undergone a remarkable transformation. Solera now serves as the transportation industry's only comprehensive data technology backbone, driving innovation, connectivity, and change across the sector.
Jing founded The Solera Foundation and WINS (Women in Solera), which have become pivotal to Solera's evolution into a force for a greener, healthier, and more digital future for the transportation industry and its adjacent sectors. Her steadfast commitment to empowering diverse leaders in a traditionally male-dominated field is unparalleled.
Additionally, she is passionate about preparing young adults for professional success by fostering mental readiness and resilience through Solera's SEED (Self Enhancement & Emphasized Development) Program.
Her influence spans insurance, repair networks, dealerships, fleet management, paint,
glass, car manufactures, logistics, etc. Under her leadership, Solera has established impactful partnerships with different countries, nation-wide trade associations, top academia, and law enforcement agencies, enabling these sectors to achieve groundbreaking progress.
Solera Foundation founded the first ever Global Women In Insurance initiative (WIINS), as well as the first ever Leadership Academy for the Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN). Her vision has set new benchmarks for innovation, sustainability, efficiency, safety, security, and inclusion. Jing is a trained chemist from Peking University. She also earned a Master's degree from the Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota.
Beyond her operating role at Solera, she actively serves in multiple board roles across academia, investment firms, and business organizations.
With decades of success in leading transformative initiatives in both private and public technology companies, Jing also serves as a General Partner at Vista Equity Partners, a
prestigious private equity firm specializing in enterprise software investments with over $100
billion under management. Vista is the primary owner of Solera Corp. Before dedicating herself full-time to Solera, Jing was Managing Director at Vista, where she oversaw talent practices across all of the firm's portfolio companies.
