Jing Liao
As President of the Solera Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of Solera Corp, Jing Liao is a visionary leader recognized for transforming the transportation industry. She has built powerful alliances, fostered a high-performance culture, and championed sustainable business practices on a global scale.
Her influence spans insurance, repair networks, dealerships, fleet management, paints, glass, automakers, logistics, and more. Under her leadership, Solera has established impactful partnerships with various countries, national trade associations, leading academia, and public safety agencies, enabling these sectors to achieve groundbreaking progress. The Solera Foundation founded the first Global Women In Insurance (WIINS) initiative, as well as the first Leadership Academy for the Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN). Her vision has set new standards for innovation, sustainability, efficiency, safety, and inclusion.
Jing graduated in chemistry from Peking University. She also earned a master's degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. In addition to her operational role at Solera, she actively serves in various board positions at academic institutions, investment firms, and business organizations.
