Since 1986, Gustavo Doria Filho has been active in the insurance market and is the founder of CQCS, www.cqcs.com.br, the largest community of insurance professionals in the world, with over 100,000 members and leading communication among all professionals in the Brazilian insurance ecosystem for 20 years. From 2017 to 2023, CQCS was the official partner of the world's largest insurance innovation event, ITC – Insuretech Connect, where it implemented the CQCS ITC Experience, a program for curating and supporting the Brazilian delegation, which was the largest foreign delegation at the event in all its participations.

Gustavo is also the founder and organizer of CQCS Insurtech & Innovation, which since its first edition has been the largest and most relevant event for innovation in insurance in Latin America and among the top 3 in the world.

Gustavo, Brazil's first health reinsurance specialist, with training in Oil Risks from the CII – Chartered Insurance Institute, the oldest insurance school in the world, founder of Clickseguros, the first insurtech company in Brazil, and currently a member of the Fintech and Insurtech Council at the University of Connecticut, is recognized as one of the pioneers of the internet in the Brazilian insurance market and a persistent entrepreneur responsible for relevant initiatives that help position Brazil as the main insurance innovation hub in the Americas
