Fernando Assis Fraguas is a seasoned market executive with over 42 years of experience in the sector . With a degree in Business Administration from UNA BH, he began his career at Bamerindus Seguros , where he worked from 1983 to 1995, building a solid and ascending career. He began as a broker, was promoted to bank channel coordinator in 1985, and in 1989, he assumed commercial management of the Minas Gerais branch, responsible for implementing the brokerage channel and the health product. In 1994, he became regional manager of the Rio de Janeiro branch , operating from Rio to Fortaleza , serving bank, brokerage, and large account channels.
In 1995, he founded Coneccta Virtuale , the first insurance consultancy in Paraná , with an exclusive focus on Bamerindus and which, after being acquired by HSBC, expanded its operations with the founding of Coneccta Ltda , becoming one of HSBC's largest service providers during its operations in Brazil.
Still at the helm of Coneccta , he leads BPO projects for the insurance market, serving the entire segment . With a strategic and in-depth vision of the sector, he combines executive experience, operational innovation, and a keen eye for market transformations.
