With 29 years of experience, 20 of them in the insurance market, Evanildo Souza has built a solid career in strategic leadership and business transformation. He holds a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Leadership and Human Development from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and an MBA in Technology for Business: AI , Data Science and Big Data from PUCRS.
Currently, he leads the Customer Service Department of the Porto Group. His main focus is to boost customer experience (NPS) , deliver sustainable results , and build high-performance teams. His work is guided by data, innovation, technology , strategic planning, and excellence in execution, always seeking customized solutions, agility in decision-making, and the construction of solid and humanized businesses.
