He holds a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Leadership and Human Development from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and an MBA in Business Technology: AI , Data Science, and Big Data from PUCRS.
He currently leads the Customer Service Department at Porto Group. His main focus is driving customer experience (NPS) , delivering sustainable results , and building high-performance teams. His work is guided by data, innovation, technology , strategic planning, and excellence in execution, always striving for personalized solutions, agile decision-making, and building solid, humanized businesses.
