Valmir Marques Rodrigues
Valmir Marques Rodrigues is the current Commercial Director of the Business Unit at allseg Seguradora S/A. A sociologist with a postgraduate degree in Insurance and Private Pension Management, he has 53 years of experience in the insurance sector.
He began his career in 1971 as a messenger. He worked for a decade at Brasil Cia de Seguros Gerais, now Allianz. In 1980, he joined Power Administração Técnica e Corretagem de Seguros, where he remained until 1992. In the same year, he joined the Tokio Marine team, where he stayed for 30 years, the last 20 as Executive Commercial Director with national reach.
He held institutional leadership positions as Director of Sindseg-SP for over 10 years, Director of CVV-SP, and member of ANSP. Throughout his career, he maintained a focus on relationships with brokers and consultancies, valuing the role of these professionals in expanding the insurance culture in the country.
