Seth Rachlin
Seth Rachlin is an assistant professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Arizona State University and a consultant to the executive teams of numerous companies and non-profit organizations, including Guidewire, a leader in insurance software. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in History from Princeton University. Rachlin has dedicated himself to teaching and writing after thirty years as an entrepreneur, business technology expert, and insurance industry consulting leader. Through two successful Insurtech startups, nearly ten years as a global insurance industry leader at Capgemini, and hundreds of consulting projects, he has closely followed the digital transformation of the insurance industry. His book, "Social Capital at Work," reflects his dedication to making work, politics, and life more human through the power of connection. He resides in Cave Creek, Arizona.
