With over 20 years of experience in the technology and consulting market, lidero complex transformation initiatives that reduce operating costs, optimize processes, and simplify the preparation for audits. My approach combines deep IT knowledge with a clear understanding of the insurance value chain.
As Managing Partner, I supervise the development of IT delivery capabilities, business planning and strategic relationships with customers. I led programs involving Bradesco Seguros, Zurich, Icatu, IRB, HDI, etc. Focused on the automation of financial, accounting, regulatory, commissioning and tax processes, as well as the reduction of costs and increased profitability, always seeking to modernize systems and processes.
