Luciano Alonso is a renowned professional in the area of cyber security and founder and CEO of Smart Support, a 27 -year -old company of tradition and featured in IT and cyber security infrastructure services. Bachelor of Informatics from PUCRS, with a postgraduate degree in Cyber Security Management from Unisinos, has certified in ISO 27001 by Exin and Professional Data Protection Certification-DPO by Assespro/RS, demonstrating a solid training and vast expertise in the cyber security market.
In 2017 and 2018, Luciano participated in Websummit in Lisbon, where he experienced the beginning of the implementation of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union). Based on this experience, Luciano began the process of awareness and adequacy of customers in Brazil even before the entry into force of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law). Since then, it has helped in audit and compliance processes.
At Way Regulator, Luciano acts as Data Protection Officer (DPO), playing a crucial strategic role for the company's strengthening and boosting in the face of regulatory risks. It connects IT, legal and operations areas, ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as LGPD.
