Luciano Alonso is a renowned professional in the field of cybersecurity and founder and CEO of Smart Support, a company with 27 years of tradition and prominence in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUCRS, a Postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity Management from Unisinos, ISO 27001 certification from Exin, and the Professional Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification from Assespro/RS, demonstrating a solid background and extensive expertise in the cybersecurity market.
In 2017 and 2018, Luciano participated in the Web Summit in Lisbon, where he experienced the beginning of the implementation of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union). Based on this experience, Luciano began the process of raising awareness and adapting clients in Brazil even before the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) came into effect. Since then, he has assisted in audit and compliance processes.
