Gustavo Oliveira
Gustavo Henrique Borges de Oliveira , or Guga , as he is affectionately known, is the General Superintendent at BB Seguros , a holding company controlled by Banco do Brasil that participates in companies in the insurance, open pension, capitalization, and dental plan segments. Currently responsible for the areas of Marketing, Strategy, People, and ESG , in addition to his experience in the insurance sector, he has over 15 years of experience in M&A and governance of entities linked to Banco do Brasil, both in Brazil and abroad. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from the University of Brasília (UnB), an MBA in Business Law, and an MBA in Corporate Governance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), which reinforces his expertise in strategic management and corporate compliance.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership and strategic vision, Guga is heavily involved in areas such as strategic planning, impact marketing, human capital, mentoring, and ESG initiatives related to the BB Seguros conglomerate. A musician and table tennis player in his free time, he is eternally in love with his wife and two children, one 12 and the other 9 years old.
