Gustavo Henrique Borges de Oliveira , or Guga , as he is affectionately known, is General Superintendent at BB Seguros , a holding company controlled by Banco do Brasil that invests in companies in the insurance, open pension, capitalization, and dental plans segments. Currently responsible for the Marketing, Strategy, People, and ESG , in addition to his experience in the insurance industry, he has over 15 years of experience in M&A and governance for entities linked to Banco do Brasil, both in Brazil and abroad. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from the University of Brasília (UnB), an MBA in Business Law, and an MBA in Corporate Governance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), which reinforces his expertise in strategic management and corporate compliance.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership and strategic vision, Guga is active in areas such as strategic planning, impact marketing, human capital, mentoring, and ESG initiatives linked to the BB Seguros conglomerate. A musician and table tennis player in his spare time, he is eternally in love with his wife and two children, one aged 12 and the other aged 9.
