Fabio Lessa holds a degree in Business Administration and has over 20 years of extensive experience in the insurance market, with an emphasis on sales. He also has a specialization in Quality and Productivity Management from FUNCEFET and an Executive MBA in Insurance and Reinsurance from ENS. His professional career includes stints at major insurance companies.
Since 2007, he has been part of the CAPEMISA team, where he played a key role in the company's main commercial, marketing, and product projects. In 2017, he assumed the position of Statutory Commercial Director, consolidating his expertise and leadership within the company.
In addition to his solid education and experience, he invested in continuous training, having completed specializations in the Executive Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral and Innovation at MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, reinforcing his commitment to excellence and innovation in the insurance market.
