
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance market, Carlos H. Radicchi is an actuary with a degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA in Insurance from PUC-Rio. His career includes notable stints at SUSEP, where he worked in the Actuarial Technical Department (DETEC) and represented the organization on the SFH Working Group, as well as leadership positions at Aliança do Brasil Seguros (affiliated with Banco do Brasil) and JRP Sistemas, where he coordinated projects related to SUSEP's regulatory standards.
He has been a member of CONFITEC for 15 years, leading the commercial and regulatory operational strategy, strengthening client relationships and delivering tailored technological solutions. His work combines solid technical knowledge with business acumen, making him a key link between market needs and the company's deliverables.
Radicchi is also an active presence at industry events, contributing insights into innovation, regulation, and management in the insurance market. He recently participated in an international immersion focused on mutualist models, deepening the debate on Complementary Law 213/25.
