Arthur Mitke
Arthur Mitke is an executive with over 20 years of experience in the insurance market, particularly in the areas of claims, legal, underwriting, operations, customer experience, and innovation. He held a senior leadership position at SulAmérica Seguros, especially in the claims department.
At AXA in Brazil, Arthur joined in 2016 as Superintendent of Claims, responsible for litigation and P&C claims. In 2020, he was promoted to Director of Operations, Claims and Customer Experience, leading the P&C and L&A claims areas, as well as operations and customer experience. Currently, Arthur is Vice President of Operations, Claims and Customer Experience and a member of the company's Executive Committee in Brazil.
Arthur is a lawyer who graduated from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and holds a certification in Digital Disruption from Cambridge Judge Business School.
