Anderson de Almeida has worked at Junto Seguros since 2007, where he is currently the Head of New Business, responsible for Strategic Partnerships, Products, New Business, and the Fidelize program, an award-winning initiative that seeks to reverse the chain of the Surety Insurance market in Brazil.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Anderson has accumulated extensive expertise in areas such as digital transformation, strategic planning, customer success, information management, project management, and others.
Anderson holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and also an MBA in Business Management and Digital Leadership from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), as well as specializations in Process and Project Management, agile methodologies, AI for business, and certifications as a Product Owner and Agile Coach.
