Born in Rio de Janeiro, he began his career at Bradesco Seguros SA – the insurance conglomerate of the Bradesco Organization – in 1996 and has been a Director of the Insurance Group since 2011. His current areas of expertise are: Marketing, Internal Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Customer Relationship Management
He holds a degree in production engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), an MBA in business management from FGV, an AMP – Advanced Development Program from ISE Business School (in partnership with IESE – Spain), a Strategic Marketing Leadership certification from Stanford University, and chaired the Communication and Marketing Committee of CNseg (National Confederation of General Insurance, Private Pension and Life Insurance, Supplementary Health and Capitalization Companies) from 2017 to 2022.
