Dyogo Oliveira, President of the National Confederation
of Insurance Companies (CNseg), is an economist with a master's degree in
Economics from the University of Brasília (UNB).
He holds an MBA in International Negotiations and Foreign Exchange
from FGV and a specialization in Public Policy and
Government Management from the National School of
Public Administration (ENAP).
For the past 20 years, he has held important positions in the
Federal Public Administration. He was Minister of
Planning, Development and Management; President of
BNDES; Executive Secretary of the Ministries of Finance and
Planning; and Deputy Secretary of
Economic Policy (Ministry of Finance).

While still within the government, he was a member of the National Council of Private Insurance (CNSP)
and the National Council of Supplementary Pension Plans (CNPC).
Dyogo Oliveira was responsible for formulating and implementing structuring actions in the
economic area, including (i) the establishment of the federal government's spending ceiling; (ii)
pension and tax reforms; (iii) the release of FGTS and PIS/PASEP withdrawals; (iv)
the creation of the PAC (Growth Acceleration Program); (v) the "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" (My House, My Life) program; (vi
) the taxation of corporate profits abroad; and (vii) the privatization of IRB Brasil-RE.
Between 2019 and 2022, he was President of the National Association of Airport Management Companies
– ANEAA, where he worked on the implementation of the concession program for
Brazilian airports. During the same period, he was a member of the board of directors of
large business groups, especially in the finance and technology sectors.
