Gustavo Portela
Gustavo Portela holds a law degree and an MBA in Management and Marketing. He joined Caixa Econômica Federal in 1999, where he held prominent positions such as executive director, superintendent, and interim vice-president. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked at Banco PAN as CHRO and CMO. Subsequently, he served as president of Wiz Corporate from 2020 to 2021. After almost 6 years in the private sector, he led the investment and equity division of the third largest pension fund in Brazil: FUNCEF, for 18 months. Since the end of October 2025, he has been part of the team at CXSE3, CAIXA SEGURIDADE, the insurance holding company of Caixa Econômica Federal.
